“Why can’t people use mainstream services for things they can’t do. e.g my friend can’t wash her her own own hair – NDIS won’t pay for 1 x weekly trip to the hairdresser for a Shampoo. Instead she must get naked in front of a support worker to wash her hair. Many ordinary mainstream services would help but NDIS insists on using segregated services.”

“5 years into the COVID Pandemic how can the government be doing this?? People with M.E/C.F.S, Fibromyalgia and Long Covid are calling for EQUITABLE ACCESS TO AND WITHIN THE NDIS.”
